- All items are to be collected within 2 weeks of notice of arrival. Failure to do so will prevent you from participating in future preorders, and your allocation will be forfeited. Do contact us if you need any assistance.

- Team Card Game (TCG) has the right to sell the pre-ordered products if failure to collect within 2 weeks.

- In the event of lower allocation, a ballot system will be used to distribute the allocated products.

- A 50% Deposit will be collected for this pre-order; the rest will be paid when collecting the order.

- No refunds of the deposit will be given if you decide to cancel the order after successful allocation.

- TCG has the right to sell any cancelled orders.

- If your order cannot be fulfilled due to under-allocation, your deposit will be refunded. Refunds can be in store credits or PayNow to your number within 1 month of notice.

- Pre-order does not mean guaranteed allocation; by participating in this pre-order, you agree to the risk it comes with pre-orders.
